Payment
To secure your appointment, we kindly ask for payment in advance. This includes your initial consultation and any subsequent packages. Please make your payment at the time of booking.
Cancellations
We understand that life can be unpredictable, but please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to someone else. Late cancellations may result in a full charge.
Punctuality
We value your time and ours. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, your session may be shortened. Significant delays (over 20 minutes) may result in a cancelled appointment and a full charge.
Frequent Rescheduling
To ensure we can provide timely and effective care to all our clients, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding scheduling. Due to limited appointment availability, we may not be able to accommodate frequent rescheduling. If you find that you need to reschedule often, we may suggest considering another practitioner who can offer more flexibility in their schedule.
Returning Clients
If you haven't visited us in the past two years, please be aware that you'll need a new initial consultation to update your health records.
